Getting older shouldn't mean giving up your strength, your balance, or your independence. But it's hard to stay active on your own, and easy to let it slide. So we made it something to look forward to instead of a chore.
Twice a week, we meet by the water at Hastings for gentle, guided movement โ stretching, light exercise, and chair yoga for anyone who prefers to stay seated. It's slow. It's kind. It moves at your pace, never ours. And the sea air does half the work for you.
Members tell us it's the part of their week that makes everything else feel a little easier โ the stairs, the shopping, the getting up in the morning. Small movements, real difference.
What to expect on your first visit
Wear something comfortable and bring a mat if you have one โ though we have chairs and spares for anyone who needs them. Our instructor will check in with you before we start, ask about anything that aches or limits you, and make sure every movement is one you can do safely. Nothing is mandatory. You rest whenever you need to.
